Futr AI allows you to customise the appearance of your chatbot to align with your brand’s visual identity. This includes the chatbot’s colour scheme, avatar, and chat window layout. Navigate to ‘Channels’ > ‘Webchat Popup’ to make these changes

Create Custom Responses #

Under ‘Q&A Library’, you can start crafting your chatbot’s responses. For common queries, prepare personalised responses that deliver the information users are likely to need. Remember to use the tone and language you defined for your chatbot.

Implement Featured Questions #

Featured Questions or Top 5 Q&A are predetermined responses users can select to streamline their interaction with the chatbot. This feature guides the conversation and ensures the chatbot can understand the user’s input.

Multi-language Support #

If you serve an international audience, you might want to remind your users in your Welcome message that multiple languages for your chatbot are available.

Integrate With Your Multiple Knowledge Sources #

You can link your existing knowledge base PDFs, website or FAQ with your chatbot, enabling it to provide instant answers to common questions.

Set Up Live Chat Escalation #

In cases where the chatbot can’t answer a query, you might want to escalate the conversation to a human agent.

Ensure to set up the system so that complex queries get redirected to a live agent. Go to the Confidence tab on your Bot Settings page and toggle “on” Would you like to offer “Speak to someone” after the last suggestion question is shown.
