Futr has been selected to take part in GovTech-Program Denmark.
This challenge raises the question of how to obtain better, more structured data in order to improve the consumer complaints process. The market dialogue involves the European Consumer Centre Denmark and three companies – Compose Software AS, Futr. and BotSupply.
With guidance from their mentor, Laurits Søgaard Nielsen, the European Consumer Centre Denmark and the companies explore how tech can help classify and generate automated or semi-automated responses to consumer complaints. The final presentations for Challenge 3 take place in Copenhagen on February 6th. GovTech-Program Denmark is a challenge-based initiative by the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs and the Danish Agency for Digitisation, operated by PUBLIC Danmark.
