Futr shortlisted for two prestigious housing awards

Since becoming a specialist supplier to the social housing industry in the past six months, we’ve seen some outstanding work from landlords to support their tenants through incredibly testing times.

With so many achievements in housing worthy of recognition this year, we are delighted to have been shortlisted at this year’s Northern Housing Awards, alongside leading housing associations and other specialist industry suppliers.

Now in their third year, the Northern Housing Awards celebrate and promote the great work being done by affordable housing providers and their supply chain partners across the Northern region; not only providing high quality homes, but also helping local communities to thrive.

Futr is in the running for two prestigious awards at a virtual ceremony to be held on Thursday May 13th. Our AI-driven automated messaging system (chatbot) has been shortlisted in the Product or Innovation of the Year category, while Futr is also a contender to be crowned Supplier of the Year.

It’s been a pleasure to work with some of the most progressive housing associations in the North of England to develop our housing chatbot. Through close partnership working with the likes of believe housing, Ongo and First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO), our system is now able to automatically answer up to 90% of housing customer enquiries—without requiring human interaction.

By providing an automated service to residents around the clock and in more than 120 languages, our landlord clients are improving customer experiences while reducing the burden on their contact centre teams—allowing for greater efficiency and more time for residents who need most support.

As innovators in resident support, Futr is also proud to be sponsoring the Resident Support/Advice Programme of the Year category at this year’s Northern Housing Awards.
